William Wilson, Sustainability Manager, Roadstone Ltd: William leads the company’s sustainability initiatives across energy and materials. He holds BEng(Hons) and MSc degrees in civil and infrastructural engineering and a PhD focused on sustainable ultra-high-performance concretes. Since joining Roadstone in 2017 as a concrete technologist, William has driven innovation in mixture optimization and R&D. Today, he champions low-carbon and circular solutions, embedding sustainability into product development and operational strategy to future-proof the construction industry.Colm Martin Colm Martin, EXEED Programme Manager: Colm has over 20 years international experience in management & business development of energy efficiency & renewable energy systems. This has included technology promotion and training, as well as design and implementation. With an MSc in Mechanical Engineering, Colm has been working on the EXEED programme since 2022 & programme manager since 2024.
